The Parkway Center CDD will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at 11560 Ramble Creek Drive, Riverview, Florida 33569.
The purpose of the public hearing is for the Board of Supervisors to hear and consider testimony from any interested person or property owners as to the propriety and advisability of making the Improvements (as hereinafter defined), as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment thereof, as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property so improved as hereinafter described, and for any other objection or concern, and to provide for the levy, collection and enforcement of the assessments.
