Homeowners’ Association

Oak Creek’s residents are served by both a Master Homeowner’s Association and various sub-associations.

  • The Villages of Oak Creek Master Association, managed by Greenacre Properties, has governing authority over Amberly, Belmont, Hamlet, and the Sanctuary.  Additionally, the Master Association supervises the amenities within the Amberly and Hamlet subdivisions.
  • The Sanctuary Homeowner’s Associations, managed by Inframark, LLC govern the same and includes gate control and access privileges. The website for Sanctuary At Oak Creek HOA can be found here.
  • Pine Ridge and Baywood Townhome Communities are managed by Castle Group.
  • Summerwood and Harvest Glen are managed by The Vanguard Management Group.
